Niseko Annupuri International Ski Resort Lifts

Annupuri has a total of six lifts which include one Gondola that takes skiers up to 2,274 meters along with a high speed Jumbo Quad. The lifts access a variety of ski slopes catering for all levels of skiers. There is great off – piste skiing in the Annupuri Backbowls. Lodge Mokoro is a easy 100 meter walk to the slopes.

Access between the ski fields is by the free passport bus. Private taxis (expensive) are also available. Rental cars are easily booked in advance for those confident to drive in winter conditions. The driving time in winter between the fields can take time depending on prevailing weather conditions. The ski field also operates a free shuttle bus between the hours of 7.30 am – 9.00 pm for skiers to use with a variety of stops within Hirafu Village and Izumikyo area.

Annupuri boasts a great variety of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive of Lodge Mokoro. The majority of the establishments are Japanese owned/ operated and welcome in foreigners. Mokoro also has the offer of in house Japanese evening meal prepared by Ruri’s mother the traditional Japanese way but bookings are essential. Here is a list of the restaurants on offer.
